We are committed to your satisfaction with the quality and craftsmanship of our prints. However, due to the custom nature of our products and the costs associated with production and shipping, all sales of prints are final, and no refunds will be issued.

 

Shipping and Insurance

• Orders shipped within Australia are shipped via Australia Post with tracking provided upon dispatch.
• Insurance Responsibility: It is expected that the purchaser will take out their own insurance for goods exceeding $75.
• Delivery timelines vary by location; estimated times are provided at checkout, but are not guaranteed.

 

Pre-Delivery Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to production and shipment for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees. Cancellations must be requested in writing via email within 24 hours of purchase.
